Zara is a certified Functional Nutritionist and a health coach with 10+ years of experience in one-on-one coaching, helping individuals achieve their health goals. She explores the links between chronic illness, gut health, and the US food system’s impact on mental health. Zara also developed a vegan meal plan in Dubai, reflecting her dedication to animal welfare and the intersection of human and animal well-being.

Zara currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband and at least 5 fur-babies at any time.
